Position Overview As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be generating new business opportunities and expanding TXD Commercial’s presence within the commercial real‑estate and facilities market. This role is heavily focused on developing relationships with property managers, consultants, facility leaders, asset managers, ownership groups, and commercial building decision makers. The ideal candidate understands how to network, prospect, follow up consistently, and position themselves as a trusted resource in the market. This person should be comfortable walking into new opportunities, building a territory, and creating conversations that turn into long‑term partnerships. This is a high‑accountability, high‑upside role for someone who thrives on building something, not just maintaining it.
