About the Role Beacon Hill is a proud partner to a reputable Law Firm. We are currently hiring a Legal Billing Coordinator. This role is a hybrid position. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and finalize client invoices and prebills. Partner with attorneys to ensure timely and accurate billing. Process billing adjustments, write-offs, transfers, and credit memos. Manage client, matter, and rate information within Elite 3E. Submit invoices through e-billing platforms and ensure compliance with client guidelines. Research and resolve invoice rejections, reductions, and short-pay issues. Maintain electronic billing arrangements and portal setup information. Requirements Experience with Elite 3E or Aderant. 3+ years of experience in legal billing.
