We are looking for a Zone Sales Manager - Automotive Refinish to join our team in the West.The Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence within the Zone by managing a team of Technical Representatives and Business Development Managers. This role oversees deal creation and submission processes, handles internal financial requests, and ensures seamless execution of operational strategies. Acting as a key partner to the Zone Sales Manager, the Operations Manager supports customer engagement, distributor relationships, and internal alignment to deliver superior service and achieve business objectives.
