Senior People Partner
Danaher
Senior People Partner role at Pall Corporation's New Port Richey manufacturing site, responsible for delivering local HR strategy, enabling people leaders, and ensuring compliant activation of global HR initiatives. Reports to Sr HR Director with on-site presence required.
Responsibilities
- Enable people leaders to use HR self-service tools, case management, and standard processes
- Advise leaders on employee relations, engagement, compliance, and workplace culture matters
- Translate and activate global HR policies and programs into compliant local delivery
- Lead local HR initiatives, change efforts, and site-critical moments requiring on-ground presence
- Champion positive, inclusive, safety-first workplace culture aligned to company values
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent HR experience
- 10+ years progressive Human Resources experience in manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR governance
- Proficiency with HR systems, digital self-service tools, and case management platforms
- Experience supporting non-desk, manufacturing populations and employee relations
- Ability to operate effectively in matrixed, global organizations
- U.S. citizenship or legal permanent resident status required
