Job Type: Travel (13+ weeks)
Schedule: Variable days/afternoons, 10-hour shifts

Responsibilities include:

• Verifying inpatient medication orders with precision and accuracy
• Supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth workflow and compliance
• Managing pharmacokinetics and dosing adjustments for complex patients
• Collaborating with clinical teams to optimize medication therapy
• Utilizing Cerner technology for order processing and documentation

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current California pharmacist license
• Strong inpatient pharmacy background
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health systems preferred
• Ability to work full-time with flexibility in variable shifts
