Staff Corporate Events Manager

Role Description
We are seeking a Corporate Events Manager to own Horizon3.ai's most significant internal and external flagship programs - including our Sales Kickoff, Company Kickoff, President's Club, and User Conference. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of programs that shape company culture, celebrate performance, and bring our customer community together at scale.
You will report to the Director of Field Marketing and work in close partnership with Sales, Revenue Operations, Executive Leadership, People, and Marketing to deliver programs that are operationally flawless, strategically aligned, and memorable in the right ways. You will also provide support on Horizon3.ai's tier 1 field event presence - including Black Hat and RSAC - as needed alongside the broader events team.
This role requires someone who has done this before at scale - who understands the complexity of a multi-day, multi-stakeholder internal event just as well as a customer-facing conference, and who can manage executive expectations, vendor relationships, and a hundred moving pieces without anything slipping.
What You'll Do
- Sales Kickoff (SKO) & Company Kickoff (CKO)
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of Horizon3.ai's annual Sales Kickoff and Company Kickoff.
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and People to align SKO programming to go-to-market priorities, product launches, and enablement goals.
- Partner with Executive Leadership and Marketing on CKO programming and messaging.
- Manage all vendor relationships for SKO and CKO.
- Build and maintain a full project plan for each program with clear owners, milestones, and dependencies.
- Own post-event surveys and debrief processes.
- President's Club
- Own the full lifecycle of Horizon3.ai's President's Club program.
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to align eligibility criteria and attendee lists.
- Manage all logistics end to end.
- Ensure the President's Club experience reflects the seniority and achievement of the attendees.
- User Conference
- Own Horizon3.ai's external User Conference.
- Lead the strategic program design in partnership with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Manage all conference logistics.
- Partner with demand gen and field marketing to integrate pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up.
- Ensure the User Conference reinforces Horizon3.ai's enterprise brand positioning.
- Tier 1 Event Support
- Provide operational support to the broader events team on Horizon3.ai's tier 1 field event presence.
- Budget and Vendor Management
- Own the budget for all programs under your remit.
- Lead all vendor negotiations and contracting for flagship programs.
- Build and maintain a preferred vendor network across key event categories.
- Ensure all contracts are reviewed through the appropriate legal and finance approval process.
- Stakeholder and Executive Management
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships across various departments.
- Prepare and deliver program updates to leadership at regular intervals.
- Navigate competing priorities and strong opinions from senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in corporate events, conference management, or experiential marketing.
- Proven track record planning and executing internal flagship events.
- Experience designing and executing large scale attendee customer-facing conferences.
- Experience managing President's Club or equivalent incentive travel programs.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage executive stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-moving environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, or adjacent high-growth technology environments.
- Experience working with external production companies on large-scale events.
- Familiarity with event registration and management platforms.
- Experience integrating event programs with marketing automation and CRM systems.
- CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or equivalent certification.
Travel Requirements
- This role requires up to 30% travel for program execution, site visits, vendor meetings, and internal offsites.
- Job-related travel expenses are reviewed and must be approved by your manager.

- Base salary range: $170,100 - $210,000 annually.
- Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
