AI Solutions Consultant

Role Description

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to lead solution planning and design activities for client opportunities and engagements within a defined domain or capability area. This role collaborates with sales, delivery, technical, and client stakeholders to understand business objectives, screen use cases for feasibility, shape solution approaches, and develop recommendations that align business needs with what the technology can reliably deliver today.

AI Solutions Consultants are expected to:

• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Communicate recommendations clearly.
• Identify risks and dependencies.
• Contribute to successful engagement outcomes through disciplined execution and strong stakeholder partnership.
• Pair with Marketing Technology and Experience Solution Consultants when AI is one component of a larger deal.
• Build working prototypes to validate approaches and support client decisions.
• Support proposal development, solution estimation activities, and post-handoff client engagement to help drive long-term account growth and customer value realization.

Qualifications

• 7-10 Years of experience (2+ hands-on in generative or agentic AI).
• Travel Expectation: Up to 25%.
