Clinical Training Program Field Specialist - CO/UT/NM/TX

Responsibilities Execute and manage event types as designed within the Clinical Training Programs (CTPs), ensuring all activities and policies follow the Reference Manual for CTPs. Collaborate with women’s health professionals, academic centers, organizations, and business partners to achieve program goals. Enforce regulatory guidelines governing CTPs, including disclosure that the program was developed by Organon and that trainers are licensed healthcare professionals. Organize the end‑to‑end process to set up, execute, and complete CTP events. Partner with the CTP team, training request points of contact, Clinical Account Specialist sales team, Regional Manager, and other commercial team members. Coordinate with third‑party vendors as needed. Required Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications 1–2 years of professional experience in sales, healthcare, life sciences, or a scientific field. High level of customer service and experience supporting a field sales team or healthcare providers, event planning, or training coordination. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong understanding of compliance‑related concepts, including laws and regulations governing pharmaceutical or vaccine marketing and sales activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Location & Travel This role covers Colorado, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and western Texas. Candidates must live in or near the geographic region. Travel may be up to 50% of the time. Compensation & Benefits Annualized Salary Range (US): $52,000.00 – $88,400.00.
