Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, including creating and implementing tailored treatment plans designed to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Document clinical progress regularly while maintaining comprehensive case notes, treatment reviews, and other necessary documentation in line with company policies and standards.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 25-30 clients per week, ensuring each individual receives personalized and attentive care.
\n
• Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering strong therapeutic alliances while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to mitigate gaps in community mental health services.

• Utilize innovative and client-specific interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their therapeutic goals.

• Coordinate services effectively with case managers, healthcare professionals, families, and educational staff to provide comprehensive support systems for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges such as addiction, emotional distress, relationship issues, and mental health disorders. You will work collaboratively with clients’ support systems to ensure a holistic approach to care that addresses their mental, emotional, and relational needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required to ensure a sound theoretical foundation for effective practice.

• The selected candidate must hold an active and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.
\n
• Strong foundational knowledge of family systems theory and clinical interventions relevant to family therapy is essential.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to establish effective relationships with clients and collaborate seamlessly with a variety of professionals.

• Proven ability to set and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients while demonstrating empathy and understanding.

• Familiarity with a range of mental health documentation practices, including treatment plans and clinical case notes.

• The ability to pass a comprehensive background check to ensure the safety and trust of our clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary for this position will range from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, ensuring competitive compensation in the mental health field.
