What You'll Do
- Assemble and package electro-mechanical and optical components using detailed work instructions
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Support daily production goals in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Help identify and resolve assembly or production issues
- Assist with updating manufacturing documentation and procedures
- Work closely with team members to improve processes and efficiency
- Perform additional production-related tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but we're willing to train motivated candidates
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
