Live-In Building Superintendent: Maintenance & Safety Lead

Community Access Inc. is seeking a live-in Building Superintendent to manage maintenance, repairs, and daily operations across NY properties. You will ensure code compliance, supervise staff, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with vendors to keep buildings safe and welcoming for residents.
