In this role, you'll play a key part in executing employee lifecycle processes — everything from onboarding new hires to coordinating off boarding processes. You'll bring strong organizational skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for creating a seamless employee experience.This is a full time role based in our San Francisco Hub.What You'll Do At Figma:Manage US onboarding and off boarding processes including HR system workflows, background checks, I9 checks, and communicationsAssist with bi-weekly in person onboarding in our SF hub by welcoming new hires and managing logisticsServe as the first point of contact for People related questions including onboarding, HR data, benefits, and verifications of employmentPartner with key stakeholders including IT and Payroll to onboard new hires and keep information up to dateSupport processing employee changes including compensation, relocation, and manager changesProvide support for managing global time off and time and attendanceMaintain and organize internal documentation; regularly review and update documentation to reflect changing processesManage HR team compliance efforts to ensure adherence to all federal and state labor lawsAssist with projects within the people teamWe'd Love To Hear From You If You Have:Entry-level role — no prior HR experience requiredA customer service mentality - you are focused on providing a great employee experienceExperience managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines—you are excited to work in a high growth, ambiguous environmentImpeccable attention to detail - you take pride in data integrity, streamlined processes, and timely responsesAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentialityAt Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
