Recruiting and People Operations Coordinator - Temp

Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple teams, time zones, and stakeholders. Partner with internal recruiters, external recruiting agencies, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure a smooth hiring process. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process. Manage candidate communications, interview logistics, and onsite coordination. Coordinate candidate travel, accommodations, and reimbursement processes. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data within Lever. Support offer, background check, and onboarding processes. Assist with new hire onboarding and employee lifecycle processes. Support employee programs, events, recognition initiatives, and office coordination activities. Maintain HR records, documentation, and systems. Assist with calendar management, meeting coordination, and occasional executive support. Support ad hoc projects across the People team. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, HR coordination, executive assistance, or a related operational role. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience managing complex scheduling and multiple competing priorities. Strong customer-service mindset with a passion for creating outstanding candidate and employee experiences.
