Account Administrator - Direct Hire in Beachwood, OH

Salary starts at $46,000 DOE.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Administrator to support our sales and customer service operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal sales teams, helping manage accounts, process quotes, coordinate orders, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Respond to quote requests and assist with pricing and order management
• Support the sales team with contract review, quoting, and customer follow-up
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding product pricing and delivery timelines
• Resolve customer concerns by collaborating with internal teams
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information
• Monitor inventory levels for customer-specific products
• Assist with project coordination and account management activities
• Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous customer service, account administration, or sales support experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Experience with ERP systems, procurement platforms, or other business software preferred
• Technical aptitude and mechanical understanding are a plus
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus
