Sports Based Youth Development Specialist
Urban Dove Inc
Urban Dove Inc seeks a Sports Based Youth Development Specialist to engage over-age, under-credited high school students through daily sports-based programming. In this on-site role at our transfer high schools, you will lead structured athletic activities that build teamwork, resilience, and leadership while supporting students’ academic and social-emotional growth. You will mentor youth, collaborate with teachers and coaches, maintain a safe, inclusive program culture, and contribute to Urban Dove’s mission-driven, youth-centered community.
