Manager, Product Development and Supply (PDS) Emerging Leaders Program

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks recent graduates or early-career professionals for a three-year rotational leadership development program in Product Development and Supply. The program includes four 8-month rotations and a capstone project spanning manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and technical services functions across U.S. locations.
Responsibilities
- Complete four rotational assignments across Product Development and Supply functions including technical leadership and manufacturing operations
- Lead or contribute to team projects in process improvement, supply chain optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop technical and managerial capabilities through on-the-job experience and cross-functional exposure
- Execute a four-month capstone project demonstrating leadership and problem-solving achievements
- Build relationships and collaborate across organizational levels and diverse teams
Requirements
- MS or MBA in STEM, Healthcare, or Supply Chain; PhD preferred
- Minimum 3.0 GPA undergraduate and graduate; graduated within three years or expected graduation Winter 2026/Spring 2027
- 2–3 years full-time professional experience in process engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or related technical fields
- Ability and willingness to relocate within the United States to any BMS domestic PDS site
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Problem-solving, analytical, and strong quantitative capabilities applicable to biopharma
- U.S. work authorization without need for visa sponsorship
Compensation: $103,700 - $125,660 base
