About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Client Value Management, a pivotal role focused on customer success and retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for founding and leading the Client Value Management function, with a clear mandate to ensure that every client realizes the value they expect from the company's products and services. This includes designing the operating model, hiring and developing the team, and establishing governance to enhance client value realization and predictable renewal outcomes. The role demands a leader who can build the function from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on improving gross revenue retention across the enterprise portfolio.
