Program Underwriter Key Responsibilities Manage a book of new and renewal commercial P&C business, handling risk evaluation, pricing, and underwriting decisions within delegated authority. Partner closely with brokers, agents, and carrier partners to drive profitable growth while maintaining strong underwriting discipline. Support business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities and managing key relationships across an assigned territory. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 3-5+ years of commercial P&C underwriting experience with delegated authority. Experience underwriting package/all-lines business preferred. Must have underwriting experience in Hunting & Fishing, Lodging, or related outdoor hospitality/recreation programs. Program business or MGA/MGU experience is a plus. Strong understanding of risk assessment, pricing, and portfolio management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and underwriting technology platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr Selby Jennings
