Enjoy the variety and visibility that comes with working in a close knit team of 15. What you’ll be doing Take ownership of the company’s day to day finance function. Produce accurate monthly management accounts and financial reporting. Develop reporting that helps the owner make informed commercial decisions. Improve financial processes, controls, and systems as the business grows. Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting. Support payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations as required. Work closely with external accountants and other advisers. Provide commercial insight that helps the business continue to grow. What we’re looking for Previous experience in a Controller, Finance Manager, or senior accounting position. Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience. Someone who enjoys improving processes and building structure. A commercially minded accountant who can communicate confidently with business owners. Someone who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership. CPA or equivalent qualification would be welcomed, although practical experience is just as important.
