Paralegal or Mortgage Processor (Bankruptcy and Mortgage Modification)

OverviewHours: 10-25 hours per weekWork on site: Cheektowaga, NYResponsibilitiesBankruptcy: Assist Bankruptcy Attorney with his bankruptcy practice.Mortgage Modification: Prepare mortgage modification applications for attorney review, submit to mortgage companies or their attorneys to save a client's home from a foreclosure sale.Manage both types of files for the attorney.Ideal CandidateWe firmly believe in hiring the RIGHT person for this job, not simply the person with the most credentials.
