Patient Service Representative (Medical Front Office)

Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire | Immediate Opening Looking for your next opportunity in healthcare? Ready to start work quickly? Nextaff is hiring an experienced Patient Service Representative for our client, a very busy, patient-focused dermatology practice. If you have medical front office experience, enjoy helping patients, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Welcome and check in patients with exceptional customer service
Schedule and confirm appointments
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Collect copays and patient payments
Assist with patient check-out and follow-up scheduling
Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems
Support smooth daily front office operations

Qualifications

At least 1 year of medical office/front desk experience
Experience with EMR systems and insurance verification
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
