Dental receptionist / admin

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities.

Dental receptionist / admin

Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental software

Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)

Process payments, billing, and insurance claims

Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Manage office supplies and maintain a clean, organized reception area

Provide patients with information about procedures, policies, and payment option

part-time $18 - $21 per hour

Mondays 10-6, Tuesdays 9-7, Wednesday-Friday 9-5. One day working in alternative office per week.
