What We're Looking For:

Zebra Workcloud Demand Intelligence uses AI to forecast demand and set prices for retailers and consumer goods companies. We help them put the right inventory in the right place at the right price.

Think of this role as a startup inside a public company. We are a small team building our sales motion now. You will help write the playbook, not inherit one. And you will sell to well-known retail and consumer brands, many of which already run on Zebra.

This is an individual contributor, hunter role and carries a target. You will focus on net-new and targeted accounts across retail and consumer goods, plus select existing relationships.

This remote role must reside in the US, ideally in the Central or Eastern time zones. Travel is about 50%.

Responsibilities:

• Own a national list of 40 to 50 strategic retail and consumer goods accounts.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business. We do not wait for leads.
• Lead every part of the sales cycle: discovery, qualification, solution development, proof of value, negotiation and close.
• Sell to merchandising, planning, pricing and supply chain leaders on business outcomes, not features.
• Partner with Zebra account managers who own the broader customer relationship.
• Work as one team with solution consultants, product, services, customer success, marketing and business development reps.
• Identify, reach and influence decision makers and stakeholders across each account.
• Hold prospects to clear next steps and move deals to close on time.
• Forecast accurately and close multi-year SaaS subscription contracts.
• Stay current on our solutions, industry events and competitors.
• Be in front of customers and prospects in person on a regular basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in B2B Enterprise Software Sales required
• Experience selling to business buyers in the Retail or Consumer Goods (CPG) vertical
• A proven quota record closing new-logo, multi-year SaaS deals with 6 to 12 month sales cycles
• Working knowledge of merchandising, inventory or supply chain planning
• Must reside in the US, ideally in the Central or Eastern time zones, and be able to travel about 50%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling demand forecasting, pricing, markdown, allocation or supply chain planning software
• Experience selling to both retailers and consumer goods companies
• Relationships with merchandising, planning or pricing leaders at retailers or brands
• Experience selling alongside a hardware or platform field team
• Background as a merchant, planner or pricing analyst
• Credibility with C-level executives, and skill selling both virtually and in person

Pay Range:

$112,800.00 - $169,200.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role an opportunity to earn variable compensation in the form of commission for achieving quota, at 100% , in accordance with the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan.

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
