We are seeking a Paralegal Manager who is passionate about leading a high‑performing team. What You’ll Do Lead daily operations of the Paralegal team to ensure efficient workflows and timely service delivery Monitor team performance, prioritize workload, and provide hands‑on support for complex or high‑volume work Use data and insights to optimize staffing, resource allocation, and operational performance Develop and coach team members through ongoing feedback, training, and growth opportunities Partner with leadership to establish metrics, improve processes, and support hiring initiatives Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and alignment with Slide’s core values What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Paralegal certification from an ABA‑approved program 5+ years of paralegal experience with 3+ years in a leadership role Strong understanding of legal processes, procedures, and regulatory environments Proven leadership and team development experience Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Desire to live Slide’s core values What Slide Offers To You The Slide Vibe An opportunity to be part of a fun and innovation‑driven culture fueled by passion, purpose and technology.
