Data Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst / Business Analyst consultant to support data quality validation, AI-driven call analytics, and system integration initiatives across the organization. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, validating AI-generated insights, and connecting information across multiple platforms to identify trends, discrepancies, and business opportunities.

Must be local to Atlanta

Pay Rate: $30 - $40/hr

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar analytical role.

Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.

Experience analyzing large datasets and identifying trends, anomalies, and data quality issues.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to investigate complex data relationships.

Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working independently while managing multiple priorities. Experience supporting telephony, contact center, or Cisco environments.

Salesforce experience, including reporting and data validation.

Exposure to AI, machine learning, or AI-powered analytics platforms.

Experience with Snowflake.

Experience developing reports and dashboards in Tableau.

Familiarity with data integrations and API-driven data flows.

Experience auditing quality assurance processes or operational performance metrics.
