Staff Product Manager, AI Product

PathAI seeks an experienced Staff Product Manager to lead AI-powered pathology product strategy and execution. The role involves defining multi-year roadmaps, managing end-to-end product lifecycles, and partnering across machine learning, clinical, and regulatory teams to bring AI algorithms from discovery to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year product strategy and roadmap for algorithm products within disease areas
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from exploration and business case development through deployment
• Partner with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, clinicians, and pathologists to translate discoveries into clinical tools
• Build business cases and drive development of novel technical and platform capabilities
• Collaborate with Clinical Affairs, Quality, and Regulatory teams on validation and regulatory strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical field
• 7+ years product management experience launching and scaling production AI/ML or bioinformatics products
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare, life sciences, digital pathology, or biotech product development
• Deep understanding of AI/ML product lifecycle including model development, dataset curation, and post-launch monitoring
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence across technical, scientific, and executive teams
• Experience with SaMD and regulatory frameworks such as FDA 510(k) or CE-IVD pathways (preferred)
• Subject matter expertise in oncology, histopathology, or biomarker discovery (preferred)
