Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You'll Do

• Guide homebuyers and sellers through the real estate transaction process

• Conduct buyer consultations, property tours, and showings

• Understand client goals and recommend suitable homes and investment opportunities

• Manage leads, clients, appointments, and follow-up using CRM technology

• Track active transactions and ensure deadlines are met

• Host open houses and convert prospects into active buyers

• Deliver exceptional customer service that drives referrals and repeat business

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings

Qualifications: Who We're Looking For

• Active South Carolina Real Estate License required

• Committed to building a full-time real estate sales career

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on exceptional client service

• Comfortable with CRM systems and real estate technology , or willing to learn

• Self-motivated, coachable, and committed to continuous growth

• Thrive in a goal-oriented, results-driven environment

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
