Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You'll Do

• Guide qualified homebuyers from consultation through closing

• Meet with buyer leads, conduct consultations, and show properties

• Build relationships and understand buyers’ needs, goals, and budget

• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts

• Use proven CRM, sales, and follow-up systems

• Stay informed on local real estate market trends

• Provide exceptional service in English and Spanish

• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina Real Estate License

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

• Confident using CRM platforms and real estate technology

• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

• Able to manage multiple clients and priorities in a full-time role

• Previous real estate sales or buyer’s agent experience preferred, but not required
