What You'll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care and on-call coverage for surgical procedures and emergencies
• Respond promptly to on-call notifications, with a minimum 2-hour callback when called in
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Spend long weekends on call, with lodging provided, while enjoying the scenic community of Fredericksburg
• Maintain accurate documentation of all anesthetic procedures and patient interactions

What You Need:

• Valid Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Virginia RN license and CRNA certification in good standing
• At least [X] years of anesthesia experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible on-call schedules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
