Overview

Our client is hiring a Founding Head of Growth to help define and grow a new category of software. The successful candidate will turn early customer pull into a repeatable growth engine, make the product legible to technical builders, and find the stories and programs that drive market adoption.

About the Company

Our client is an agent-first platform for teams to build bespoke GTM software. Agents are making it possible for anyone to build custom software around how a company sells. However, turning a good idea into a production system still requires coordination across data providers, internal and external data, APIs, permissions, integrations, monitoring, and operational infrastructure.

The platform makes that layer practical, giving power users and agents the primitives to build and run the exact systems their company needs. The company already has thousands of power users across several T1 companies and has grown rapidly since launching six months ago. The team is lean, deeply technical, and moving quickly to build infrastructure for agent-built software.

The Role

The successful candidate will own growth across all channels. Early traction exists in in-person and digital events, office hours, workshops, technical demos, customer stories, community, partnerships, and word of mouth. They will systematize what's working, double down on successful channels, identify next-stage growth loops, and ensure the right audiences understand what they can build.

This is growth for a deeply technical product. Engineering experience is not required, but the candidate must understand technical customers, use the product, and create work they genuinely value.

Responsibilities

• Develop positioning and product storytelling that makes the category easy to understand and difficult to ignore
• Design and run events, office hours, workshops, and community programs that build trust with technical users
• Create customer stories, demos, technical content, and launches that showcase product capabilities
• Build co-marketing, ecosystem, and community partnerships
• Run experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention
• Own the metrics that matter: signups, activation, retention, revenue, and leading indicators

What They're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience building from zero in growth, product marketing, community, content, or an early-stage company
• Exceptional communication xhyhwjd skills with ability to turn customer insights into compelling, high-signal content
• Track record running excellent events and earning trust within technical communities
• Ability to move decisively without waiting for perfect briefs or committee approval
• Strong comfort with product strategy and user understanding
• Focus on systematic growth over campaign-focused tactics
