What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population
• Work collaboratively with a team of RNs, LPNs, and aides in a 25-bed CAH setting
• Manage approximately 6-12 ER visits daily, including complex medical cases
• Demonstrate independence and clinical expertise in a fast-paced environment
• Follow hospital protocols and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately

What You Need

• Active Arkansas RN license or multi-state license (compact)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (must be current at submission)
• ER and Medical-Surgical experience with listed clinical skills

• TNCC certification
