HR Generalist (Temporary Maternity Leave Coverage)

What You'll Do- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Support employees and managers with HR questions, coaching, performance discussions, and employee relations matters.
- Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR recordkeeping through ADP TotalSource.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience in recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration.
- Experience with ADP or similar HR/payroll systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
