Software development company seeks a Human Resources Specialist to provide operational support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process through developing job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and monitoring candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Support staff onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage operational guides and update information as necessary.
• Regularly address general inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Administer and support the performance review process.
• Communicate with senior leadership and collaborate on system and process improvements.
• Maintain accuracy of internal data and manage human resources information systems.
• Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines effectively.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, professional attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and stakeholders.
• Ability to innovate and think creatively.
• Understanding of standard HR practices and strategies.
• Strong computer and software skills and experience with HR platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Paycom, and Lattice.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in human resources, people and operations, or recruiting.

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
