Role Description The Customer Specialist is a Part / full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle. Daily tasks include responding to customer requests, providing support on services and solutions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Specialist will document interactions, identify trends in customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery. The role also involves explaining complex information in clear, accessible language and helping customers understand how the agency’s cyber risk solutions meet their needs. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset to build trust and maintain long-term relationships. Experience with customer support and customer satisfaction, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring quality service. Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly to diverse audiences. Analytical skills to interpret customer feedback, identify patterns, and recommend improvements. Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment within the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Prior experience in customer service, account management, or client-facing roles; experience in technology or cyber-related services is a plus. Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple customer requests and maintaining accurate records.
