Connect Staffing is hiring an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative for a building materials distribution company in Mira Loma, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $19.00–$21.00/hr. In this role, you will be generating quotes, entering high-volume distribution orders, and providing customer service to contractors and buyers. This position serves as a key point of contact between customers and the outside sales team, so strong communication and follow-through are essential.

Pay: $19.00–$21.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for contractors and corporate buyers, handling inbound product inquiries and order requests.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and logistics to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
• Communicate with the outside sales team to align on customer needs, pricing, and order status.
• Resolve order issues, discrepancies, or customer concerns in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements

• 1+ year of inside sales, customer service, or order processing experience in a distribution, building materials, or construction-related environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with building materials product lines such as HVAC supplies, roofing, insulation, siding, windows, or doors.
• Familiarity with distribution order entry systems or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
• Experience generating quotes and processing high-volume orders in a branch or counter sales environment.
• Background working directly with contractors, builders, or commercial buyers.
• Comfort multitasking across phone, email, and order entry simultaneously in a busy office setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
