Workday Reporting & Integration Lead - Senior Manager

Job Overview Huron is a global consultancy that collaborates with clients to drive strategic growth, ignite innovation, and navigate constant change. Join our team as a Technical Manager and lead the implementation lifecycle for cloud-based enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities 6‑10 years of experience operating as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations. 2‑3 years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end‑to‑end technical work‑stream ownership. Manage a team and lead technical staff. Use Studio and (preferably) Orchestrate. Collaborate with project team and client leadership to understand and resolve client problems or barriers, providing appropriate technical recommendations that align with business needs. Implement new Workday integrations, inbound and outbound EIBs, and manage and implement Workday Integration enhancements. Work with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements, design and implement solutions. Interact with varying levels of client personnel based on project need. Have deep expertise in one or more technical areas of cloud‑based ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions. Coach and lead technical staff members. Design, build, and maintain Workday reports (standard, advanced, and composite) to support data validation, testing, and client business requirements. Partner with functional and technical team members to understand source data, conversion requirements, and reporting needs. Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting Workday implementations, focusing on data conversion and/or reporting. Hands‑on experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules. Working knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks and data structures. Experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and validation across multiple data sources. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑based consulting environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and functional stakeholders. Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, Reporting, or related areas. Preferred: prior consulting experience on Workday implementations. Preferred: experience supporting multiple Workday deployments or phases (e.g., initial implementation, optimization, or post‑production support).
