Sheehy Nissan of Manassas is looking for New to the Industry Sales Consultants to join our familyas we continue to grow! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!! If you are a 'people person', that's motivated to succeed, we will TRAIN you to be the BEST Sales Consultant. We're looking for top performers coming from Retail Sales, Wireless, Hospitality, Food and Beverage, Banking/Finance and B2B Sales just to name a few. If you know how to build relationships, overcome objections, and close deals, we'll teach you the automotive side. Excellent training provided. Bi-lingual skills are a PLUS!! Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Guide buyers through a proven sales process from start to finish to close deals
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories (training provided)
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain accurate customer records and contact information using CRM tools
• Follow-up with customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through focused personal marketing efforts, networking, and telemarketing outreach
• Stay up-tp date and maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to help provide clients with informative comparisons

Requirements

• Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele.
• A coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills
• Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver's license
