Think about the last time you helped someone understand their options, welcomed a guest, or answered a tricky question. That ability to connect is central to this role.
Our Cincinnati team is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support customer-facing campaigns and promotional events. You’ll help create welcoming experiences, communicate brand information, and keep campaign activity organized.
Meet People. Support the Campaign.
- Welcome visitors and attendees at live promotional activities.
- Ask questions and tailor explanations to each person’s interests.
- Deliver accurate product information and support demonstrations.
- Help prepare event spaces, displays, and campaign materials.
- Coordinate daily activity with colleagues and venue contacts.
- Share customer feedback and common questions with the team.
- Update campaign records and contribute to performance summaries.
- Suggest ways to improve presentations and the attendee experience.
You Don’t Need One Particular Background
Marketing or promotional experience is welcome, but we’re also interested in skills developed through Cincinnati’s retail, restaurant, hospitality, and community-facing workplaces.
No marketing degree is required. Relevant employment, volunteering, academic projects, and internships are all worth telling us about.
You’ll fit well if you:
- Enjoy approaching people and listening carefully.
- Follow through on tasks and arrive prepared.
- Stay composed when activity gets busy.
- Work cooperatively and respond positively to coaching.
- Can use basic digital tools and keep records accurate.
Get Started With Guidance
Training will introduce you to client brands, customer engagement, and campaign procedures. Experienced colleagues will help you build presentation confidence and coordination skills as you take part in live activity.
