E-commerce Marketing Coordinator

Randstad is partnering with a growing consumer products company seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support a variety of marketing, creative, e-commerce, and brand initiatives.

This is a hands-on, highly collaborative opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, coordinating across departments, and ensuring deadlines and deliverables stay on track. The ideal candidate brings a commitment to follow-through, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. Qualifications

4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, project coordination, e-commerce, or related functions. Organizational skills with demonstrated experience managing competing priorities and deadlines. Experience supporting marketing campaigns, creative projects, social media, influencer initiatives, or brand activations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, project management tools, shared calendars, and digital collaboration platforms. Experience within consumer products, retail, e-commerce, or a growing business environment preferred. Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, retail marketplaces, Canva, or product information management highly preferred Ability to commit to a hybrid work schedule (3 days on-site) Ready to grow, deepen skills and be a part of an inhouse creative team for a growing product company

salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM education: Associate Responsibilities Coordinate marketing and creative projects from initial brief through execution, managing timelines, assets, approvals, and deliverables. Support social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, user-generated content (UGC), product seeding, and brand initiatives. Assist with community marketing, brand activations, partnerships, events, and trade shows. Coordinate e-commerce initiatives, including product listings, promotional content, creative assets, and retail marketplace updates. Support product launches, packaging projects, product information, and retail item setup. Partner with Marketing, Creative, E-Commerce, Sales, Product Development, and Operations to keep initiatives progressing. Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, shared assets, and workflow documentation. Provide occasional order processing and operational coordination support. Identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, and overall team efficiency.
