As part of our efforts to expand Amazon Pharmacy, we are looking for a sourcing recruiter to join our Pharmacy Talent Acquisition team.As a member of the Pharmacy TA team, you will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to hire the talent that powers our mission to make medication access simpler, more affordable, and more convenient for customers nationwide. This spans across pharmacy leadership, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, and customer care hiring. You will own searches across multiple business lines, implement creative sourcing strategies to solve hiring challenges, and develop strong candidate pipelines through proactive market research and relationship building. You will have autonomy and ownership over all things top of funnel, including developing and driving talent strategy, using data to continuously improve, and partnering with your recruiting business partners to identify the right talent.If you are driven by helping others succeed, passionate about perfecting your craft, and looking for an opportunity to meaningfully improve how customers access healthcare, we would love to connect with you.These role can be based out of Nashville, TN, Seattle, WA, or Arlington, VA only.Key job responsibilities• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios. • Conduct initial phone screens, set expectations about the particular role and process, and effectively position Amazon Pharmacy's mission and culture to prospective talent. • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations. • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer. • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process. • Possess strong ability to screen and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline. • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques and identification of top performers for senior-level openings. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a strong candidate pipeline.Basic qualifications- 3+ years of working with CRM, ATS, or related applicant tracking software systems and analytics tools experience- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience- 3+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience- Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategiesPreferred qualification - Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships- Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team- Experience with both high-volume and corporate-level recruiting- Proven delivery in competitive and complex roles and markets using strategic sourcing ideas- Healthcare or pharmacy recruiting experienceAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
