About the Opportunity
The Weatherspoon Agency is seeking organized, people-focused professionals to help clients review benefit options and complete the enrollment process when appropriate.
This remote role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys communication, follow-up, helping people understand information, and working within a structured system.
Training, mentorship, and licensing guidance are available for qualified candidates.
What Youâll Do
- Speak with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
- Review available benefit information
- Help clients understand enrollment options
- Answer questions and provide support
- Complete required online documentation
- Follow up with clients as needed
- Participate in training and coaching sessions
