Remote Benefits Enrollment Specialist

The Weatherspoon Agency is hiring a Remote Benefits Enrollment Representative to meet with individuals and families by phone and Zoom. You will explain life insurance and supplemental benefits, assess client needs, and guide enrollment from home. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, comfort with virtual appointments, and the ability to manage a remote schedule.
