Sales Manager — Events & Catering
Type: Full-Time (Approx. 50 hours/week)
Location: Staten Island, NY

Position Overview
This role is for a driven sales professional with 2–5 years of catering or events experience and a proven record of $1M+ in annual sales. The Sales Manager owns the full sales cycle—from lead generation through event execution—and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Evening and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

· Manage inbound leads and CRM pipeline

· Conduct outbound prospecting and email campaigns

· Network at bridal shows, expos, and community events

· Host site visits and tastings

· Build proposals, pricing, and contracts

· Upsell services and packages

· Coordinate with operations using BEOs

· Support clients on-site as needed

· Maintain CRM records and sales reports

Qualifications

· 2–5 years in catering sales or hospitality sales

· $1M+ annual sales track record

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Organized, tech-savvy, CRM proficiency

· Comfortable working nights/weekends
