Step into a pivotal role supporting elementary students as an on-site Occupational Therapist for the 2026/2027 school year. This contract position provides an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact, utilizing your expertise with a caseload of approximately 45 elementary-aged children. Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapy licensure in Washington State
• Prior experience delivering OT services in a school setting, particularly with elementary students
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and compliance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
• Commitment to maintaining ethical and evidence-based practices
• Must provide in-person services (no teletherapy/VOCO at this time)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
• Evaluate and assess students’ functional abilities and develop targeted treatment plans
• Write and monitor progress toward IEP goals, maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and participation
• Provide consultation and training to school staff and families when appropriate
• Complete assessments, participate in eligibility determinations, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Remain current with best practices in pediatric and school-based occupational therapy
