Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary students as an on-site Occupational Therapist for the 2026/2027 school year. This long-term contract role starts as soon as possible and continues through June 11, 2027. Make a meaningful difference each day as you work directly with approximately 45 young learners, helping them achieve greater independence and success in their educational journeys.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current OT license in Washington State (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
• Previous experience with pediatric populations, particularly within elementary school settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• A passion for fostering growth and progress in children with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students identified through IEPs and referrals
• Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and recommend appropriate interventions
• Design and deliver therapy sessions that address fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills within the school environment
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support students’ learning goals
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of progress, therapy notes, and required reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer expert input that informs educational planning
• Contribute positively to a supportive, child-focused school community
