Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Glen Mills, PAWork Setting: 100% onsite, desk-based customer service environmentSchedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. or 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.Compensation: $25.00–$26.00 per hourEmployment Type: Full-time, non-exemptPosition SummaryA well-established foodservice organization is seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join its growing team in Glen Mills, PA.This is a traditional, desk-based customer service position supporting customers and field sales representatives through a combination of phone, email, order processing, account maintenance, payment support, product questions, and issue resolution. The team is expanding and is looking for customer service professionals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and becoming trusted points of contact for repeat customers.This is not a nonstop call-center environment. Representatives typically handle approximately 25–30 calls per day while also managing emails, orders, account updates, and follow-up work.
