Role Summary As a Lead, HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders across CTO, and COO organizations to drive forward key People strategies and enable the success of our teams. You will play a critical role in compensation planning, leveling frameworks, talent development, organizational design and HR transformation efforts, with a strong focus on day‑to‑day support, general HR queries, and people team programs deliverables within the People function. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands‑on HR lead who thrives in fast‑paced, global environments and enjoys solving complex people challenges while enabling innovation and growth. This position has a flex work schedule, 3 days a week in our Palo Alto, CA office. Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership Qualifications 8+ years of progressive HRBP or People Partner experience, ideally in high‑growth, global tech environments. Experience supporting Engineering, Product, or Tech organizations. Deep knowledge of compensation practices, HR analytics, employee development, and performance management. Demonstrated experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) and data tools. Passion for innovation, digital transformation, and building great employee experiences. Strong business acumen, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills. The posted salary represents the lowest and highest ranges RV Tech reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position. Actual starting pay is based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, skillset, qualifications, specific competencies, relevant education, and location.
