Description Village at Piney Pointe Apartments is currently seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to oversee our apartment community located near Westheimer and Fondren area. Responsibilities: Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market Requirements Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments required Excellent written and verbal communication Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus Our Perks & Benefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
