Billing Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a vital financial role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and maintaining customer accounts. Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner. Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies. Maintain records of all transactions and update customer accounts. Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate billing information. Assist in the preparation of financial reports as required. Requirements Proven experience in billing or accounts receivable. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to have Experience in the healthcare industry. Familiarity with payment processing systems.
