Founding Customer Success Manager - AI for Law Firms

PointOne is seeking its first Customer Success Manager to join the founding team in New York. You will be the primary contact for law firm customers, help build the foundations of the customer success function, and drive engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 0-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, excellent communication skills, and is excited to work in-person at a fast-paced startup.
